This 10-week Preparatory English Programme (PEP) is an intensive course designed for hospitality, global or culinary management students whose English does not meet the English language requirements of their chosen program. The program is offered at three different levels to ensure students maximise their development before starting a full academic program.

Objective
The objectives of the programme are to:
Duration
Duration: 15-20 hours
Tutor contact per week from Monday to Friday.
Small classes ensure that attention is given to each individual’s unique ability in each of the four key language areas.
