Today there is a need to have a professional course in culinary skills as the interest across the spectrum of society in cooking skills has increased tremendously. The Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts is a diploma course for any individual interested to learn cooking for a career or create and manage a food business.
This programme is aimed to educate students/ professionals in basic and intermediate culinary skills with basic eligibility of 12th standard and no age bar. This program focuses on the study of cooking skills associated with the preparation and service of traditional Indian, international and modern cuisine with a focus on entrepreneurial skills.
